Our freight companies are responsible for curbside delivery only. Please prearrange help if you need inside delivery, some of these units are extremely large and heavy; you may have to hire a moving company. Please also keep in mind that some large trucks may have problems delivering to residential areas with narrow streets, steep driveways, and low power lines. If a delivery is not able to be made under these circumstances, the buyer is responsible for any and all costs that incur.

Check your purchase immediately for any damage that may have occurred in transit. Our shipping quotes include maximum liability insurance. If your item is damaged, you need to file a claim with the shipping company as soon as possible. Please allow us 7 days to ship your item. In the event that this unit is not in the box, we need this time to have the item crated or palletized.
